can't access my cpanel

Make sure when you are using the cPanel login page found here:

https://s.elite1.x10.mx:2083
http://starka.x10hosting.com:2082
https://starka.x10hosting.com:2083

Use the Username of phpuser. I see password updates in the system recently, so I'm assuming you may have tried to update your password already. If not, change your password from inside of your account panel. If you still need help, let me know.
