Can't Access My cPanel

i can login to my 10hosting account, and FTP, SERVER everything looks fine(Green Light). but i can't access my cpanel.

Could you please verify that you cannot access cPanel via http://absolut.x10hosting.com:2082/ ?

but my website still not show up, it said DNS error - cannot find server.

and what step should i do to fix that?

Fixed.
You might have to flush your DNS cache.

there is one more problem on my web site!

i have installed cubecart on my site.

everything works fine, but shipping, payment gateway, and affiliae modules.won't fountion at all. when i click it, it just show blank page.

will it be my php version?
