Hi,

Here is link to my previous post. For some reason it got closed without there being any resolution.

http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-h...line-crm-database-unable-post-via-forums.html

The only changes to my situation are that I have now been able to access cpanel, which i did via the account panel. I have tried deleting myself as a user from my database & then recreated my username & restored all privlidges, but that has had no effect. My database is still intermittantly throwing me back to login, just as described in previous post.

I believe I am still on chopin; least thats what it says in my account details, etc & am showing as unsuspended, so I just don't know what to do next. I've only just rebuilt this db following problems with the previous migration thing a month or two back, so I really would appreciate some help.

Time to give this a bump, I think, as I can see it being steadily ignored unless I keep asking for help.....

OK, so a week on & still I can't access my online Db, though I can now access cpanel. I am now back with my original issue. When i sign in to my crm, it bounces me straight back to login OR it takes me to the home page & when i try to navigate anywhere else, it returns me to login.

So, i now have access to cpanel & have been given the following advice: The behavior you describe is likely the result of a problem with your PHP sessions, as in, PHP cannot create/read the session files.

Check the session.save_path setting in your PHP.INI file, then verify that the path the setting indicates is fully accessible to the user under which your web server is running (e.g. apache, IUSR_).

Given this information, can anyone now help me with this? Can someone walk me through a fix? I can't even find the PHP.INI file, let alone understand what i need to do once I do find it! At the end of the day, my crm/db was working just fine till all these latest migration issues, so I don't think its too much to ask & I have been VERY patient, having left it a week before my initial post, but now we are another week further on.

I know you guys have been busy & there seem to be LOADS of posts not being replied to & so many of them seem to involve loss of access to db's or cpanel, but if someone could just bite the bullet & get invloved here I'd really appreciate it.

Cheers.

Bumping is bad - each bump actually postpones your thread since staff are working from oldest reply first.

There was also a record 26 pages in 2 days. That's why it's taking a while to get through them - they're working from the ones first posted which are so far back you don't see them until staff hit them and they pop back to page 1 for a bit.

There was a configuration problem, this should be working now. If not, can you PM me a test login so I can replicate the problem and we can get this solved. I can't replicate the problem without it.
