Can't access my forum account

I keep getting suspended for inactivity but I can't access my forum account! The forgot password feature doesn't work and I don't know what to do!

If you can log into your Account Panel, you have the option to change your password there. Go to the Account menu, and select "update password". That will let you set the same password for all of your accounts (Account Panel, cPanel, and Forum).
