Can't access my free hosting account.

I recently upgraded one of my domains to a premium account and I asked before this happened if it will effect my free hosting account and I was told not everything should be the same.

You need to clarify your statement and provide as much information as you can.

I signed up for the free hosting service first and I then had 2 of my domains be redirected to the that service. After testing things out, as well as doing some numbers crutching, I decided to sign up for premium services. Apparently, I did not select the option of having that free service migrate to the premium. So this caused snag, well anyway that has been fixed. I asked the support person if I still had the free service account still and said yes. However. I have tried both of emails that used and nothing. The domain is voboxcore.com and vbxmail.com and it should let me login with the my [redacted] or [redacted]

The free account is indeed active, using the outlook email, there should be nothing preventing you from logging into the free account at: https://x10hosting.com/panel/ with that as the username and the designated password.
Do you get any errors?
