Can't access my ftp

Well, I am not able to access my FTP, and haven't been for the last 10 minutes. My FTP client won't connect at all, and the online version works very slowly on and off. My site works fine, but I can't can't connect through FTP.

This could be linked to the IP address change. As well, since Starka is moving over to chopin, you should follow what has been said in http://forums.x10hosting.com/free-hosting/110800-starka-chopin.html
