Help! I've been trying to access my hosting account all evening, to no avail. I've tried entering my user name and my email, and the login page simply times out. I clicked the button to have my account password reset -- It's been a few hours and there is no email in my inbox or junk folder. I can log into the forum and everything else seems to work, just not the hosting account.
Any idea why?
