Can't access my new domain name

1) I change my domain from hiddenservice.mx to newmyanmar.org

2) And change my ns from domain registrar to ns1.x10hosting.com

3) Reinstall Wordpress installation
4) After that following message show up.

I am getting wordpress errors

I use network-tools.com and scan my dns record and found

Is there any problem?

There may be wordpress problem because installation is not completed.

I have clear browser cache also tried different browser.
I still have that error message.

When I try to open newmyanmar.org/wp-admin
I got following message.

May be the dns propagation is not complete. Wait for 24 to 48 hours.

then you re install the wordpress.
