I can access your site fine, have you tried logging into your cPanel at http://clilcall.x10hosting.com:2082 Can you access that page and login? Or is that also unaccessable.

No, I can't acces my cpanel. Neither the site nor the cpanel. I'm at the university. Have I been blocked? If so... why? and how can I access both?

Is it possible that your University has some sort of a URL blocker in place? Like an internet filter, similar to what we use to have in school, maybe they have blocked you from accessing it, But the reason why you can access it from the IP address, would be because they only filtered the URL not the actual IP, in most cases though, this isn't usually possible to access via IP or URL, but i have seen cases where sometimes the URL only gets blocked and the IP is still avaliable. Maybe you should talk to the Uni IT guy and ask him about it.

Thanks. I will contact them. The thing is that yesterday it worked and also this morning. I have tried from another computer and it doesn't work. Why are they banning me?

Maybe because they don't want you using up there bandwidth or maybe they just don't want students/teachers accessing sites they shouldn't be during Uni?
