Cant access my website and cant login to your cpanel

Respected Staff Of x10hosting,

Mostly whenever we try to access my website hosted here or try to login into cpanel we always get a error message as -> "" Google Chrome could not load the webpage because stoli.x10hosting.com took too long to respond. The website may be down, or you may be experiencing issues with your Internet connection. "" So we cannot acces anything from this both. Please do help us and tell us about the problem we am facing.
