Can't access my website and my ftp

Hi Guys

So it started yesterday, I cannot access my website :
http://www.entendu.info/

or my ftp

I checked the status online page of x10hosting and no warning is shown so...

Any hint to solve this problem ?

Your site is still up and running, even if you can't access it at the moment. I don't have the tools in hand to determine whether or not your IP address is being blocked (that happened to another user recently, though it should only affect FTp/cPanel use in any case, and not public-style access to your site). It is possible that there is a problem at your ISP's end (and if it's Videotron, I'd almost expect it :wink. Can you ping the site? Have you tried tracert?

I can't seem to Ping it from linux terminal (I ping google.com succefully but not my website)

What is tracert ?
If it's my ISP's what am I suppose to do just call them and sey hey I can't access my own website ?

I restarted my modem and now It seems to work well !

So it was either DNS or routing issue
