Can't access my website - others can

I can't access my website. I tried proxies and it works perfectly. It works at school as well.

My domain is invasionpoint.com

I did a ping...

My firewall isn't blocking the IP, and neither is my router. Any other suggestions as to what could be blocking it?

Are you able to access your Cpanel ? I am asking tis because some users were complaining the same thing ,that thier IP got blocked by X10
