When I try to login to the admin the "cPanel" link just takes me to this message.

What happened is in 2015, there was very little demand for Prime and Illuminated, so these plans were no longer offered. However, these users still enjoyed the plans even though they were no longer available. During the transition to DirectAdmin, these account were then converted back to regular accounts. Your last login was in 2017. So, when your account was converted, it was eligible for suspension 30 days later, and then deletion 3 weeks later. It would have been deleted in March. Since your account is a regular, no-charge account, the regular rules apply, which means you must login every 30 days (not once a month, but 30 actual days). The login has to be to https://x10hosting.com/sso/main (FTP and forum logins do not count). Email reminders have been getting blocked, sent to spam, or as was this case, not sent, so please set a reminder.

I'm requesting an admin look into restoring your account. You should have a result in a day or so.
