Can't access server status - site down!

I have not been able to browse to my site for several days due to an account suspension while I was away. I reactivated the account but now I'm getting a broken link message from Google toolbar or a message saying the server was not available.

Yesterday I was able to follow the Server Status link under Help and Support and saw that all servers other than Artic were offline. Today when I try to follow the Server Status Link I get a "This Account Has Been Suspended" error page. Worse, I still can't browse to my site.

And I did fill out a support ticket yesterday. Any help or info would be appreciated.

Hi,

Your site is loading for me ("I see a welcome to your new account" page).

As for the server status site, we disabled it, it was out of date and was causing too much confusion. You can use http://x10staff.co.cc/status however it may not be 100% accurate so you should not rely on it!

OK, But I have 3 domains hosted on this site. I can not browse to any of these domains from the web. The name servers are pointing to the correct loction at the registrar. I can go in to File Manager through CPanel and see the seperate domains and all of the files that are supposed to be there. Why is the Welcome to your new account page coming up instead of the correct web site? Again, any help is appreciated.

OK, when I try to browse to my sites I am redirected to this URL - http://x10stark.x10hosting.com/suspended.page/ . In Cpanel my add on domains are redirected to the abovelink even though I have removed the redirection and disabled forwarding. My account is in good standing and I reactivated by logging into the forums. Help!
