I understand there was a migration a while back but I am still not able to access my account and my site is down (all I see is "Apache is functioning normally").

greenfishgames.x10host.com

When I try to login to the admin the "cPanel" link just takes me to this message.

Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.

An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry

The forum post on the migration mentions possibly needing to change Cloudflare DNS but when I got to Cloudflare I see:

Partner hosted zone
Your DNS zone file is hosted by x10Hosting, a Cloudflare partner. Manage your DNS records at their website.

So, there doesn't appear to be anything I can do to resolve this issue.

There is a requirement to log in at least once every 30 days to keep a free hosting account active. Relying on an email as the sole reminder is not advised.

During end of first week in March, as part of our maintenance that was announced in mid December, we purged all accounts that had no login activity during the last 60 days prior, your account was well outside that 60 day mark and even more so outside of the 30 day requirement for free hosting. Prior to our purging you last logged into your account on December 24th.

Initially we said cutoff for restores would be one week, purge was started on the 4th or March, meaning in reality we should not restore anyone past Sunday 15th, though we extended it a little bit extra, but it was said that the last cutoff date would be on Sunday March 22nd.

You're lucky though that the restore is still possible for your account.
I'm running the restore now and the account should be good to go in a few minutes.

Yes. I do apologize for letting it lapse. I won't rely on the email notifications any longer.

I can now access DirectAdmin however, I still am having an issue.

As I understand it that means I need to change something on the x10 side of things but I don't see anything in DirectAdmin about Cloudflare as I did in cPanel.
