Can't access site or cPanel

I can't log onto my site or cPanel. When I try to go to my site, I get a Page Not Found, and when I try to log into cPanel, I get:

cpsrvd/11.24 Server at <mysite>.x10hosting.com

What's gone wrong?! I'm new to this stuff.

One or more of the servers seems to be having an issue. The staff should be working on it.

The problem has been resolved and your website should be back up again. Please check your site again. If it still is not displaying, try clearing your browser's cache first. If problems persist, feel free to post back.
