Can't access Site Software in Cpanel.

Hi,

Firstly, i would just like to say, this is the best Free Hosting service that i have ever come across:bowdown:

Now the problem that i have, is when i try to access the Site Software tab in the CPanel, i get this message:

Your admin has not created a cPAddons configuration yet. Please contact them and ask them to do so.

now i can't even access my site or Cpanel


I need to access the site software so that i can install the guestbook. when you click on it, it says that it has moved to site software, but i could not access that but as i have just stated, i can't even access tha CPanel anymore, it is as if the whole thing has disappeared.....please help

What error are you getting? its alive and well - I can see your cpanel

it has just come back up and is working again.

But i still can't access the Site software tab to install things like the advanced guestbook

now the account is suspended for 30 mins due to high useage

Calm down. First off, read what liz said. We do not use cPanel addons, if you want to use a pre-installed script, click on Fantastico in cPanel and use that. Your account is not suspended.
