Can't access the admin cP

I went on my website earlier today and noticed the database had an error. So I tried logging into my admin cp but then I got this message:

"Sorry for the inconvenience!
The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition."

I need all the files on my server. And I can't afford to upgrade at the moment. So can someone please tell me what I can do..?

It appears all users on the server 'Chopin' are experiencing this problem when trying to access cPanel. This is out of your control and you will need to wait for an administrator to fix this problem - this is not related to your individual disk space because of course it is unmetered.

As a side-effect it also appears MySQL is offline.
