Can't access the panel, can't log in through ftp, site displays blank page.

Now the site works turns out that was the original path that i had so you guys turned something on because it now works.

Sadly i can't find where to have emails forwarded automatically like before and stilled can't get FTP to work except through old school port 21 ftp. None of the tls options in filezilla work. I get the following:

TLS wont work because there is no certificate on Free accounts hence the unsecured connection
