Can't access to cPanel and free hosting site

Hello, I am able to access to the Hosting Account Management page but I can't access to my site or my cPanel.
In particular in the cPanel page says that my password is wrong but it doesn't.
I try to change the password but an error occurs:

Did you tried to changed the password again.
