Can't access to my site

I created my site (podemosjugar.x10host.com) 24 hours ago, and it still appears "Website Coming Soon" (http://x10hosting.com/website-coming-soon) on the front page. What should I do?

Looks fine to me. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache?
