hi,

I've a problem, I can't access to my website hosted in your hosting support (http://www.armaggedon-serveur.x10.mx/root/). I can't login into my FTP login too.. It's very annoying because my clients can't access to the website and they complain about it. So what can I do for fix this problem quickly? Thanks.

There appears to be a current issue on your server. It has been reported. Please be patient.
If uptime is that important to you then I'd suggest an upgrade to premium where there is a 99.9% uptime SLA.
