Can't access website at all

Hello,
my site, gamesfunstuff.x10hosting.com, has been down for multiple weeks now.
Throughout the server transitions, I assumed my problem would be solved when the transition was completed. However, as of 6/22/09, 4 days after Corey's last update (in which he said it would be finished 2 days ago), my site is still not working. Whenever I access my subdomain, I get a page titled:

Great Success !
Apache is working on your cPanel® and WHM™ Server

Also, it appears that my hosting account has been completely removed, as whenever I try to login to the account panel on this website (not even cPanel), It tells me that my forum account is not linked to a hosting account.

Should I open a support ticket for this, or is there some easy way that I am missing to solve this?

You should submit support ticket for this because only staff can solve this.
But there is too much lood of ticket on staff so i don`t think you get instant reply.
You have to wait for this
