Resolved Can't access website or CPANEL or DIRECTADMIN

Hello.

My website was: wardsstore.x10host.com

I got nothing except "Apache is functioning normally" message on my website.
And cPanel error message as below

I am pretty sure I was another victim of your migrations and not being able to login within every 30days. Just for your information, I received absolutely no warning emails and there is no reason for the suspension on the login page.

At this point I am OK with your suspending my account since I don't use it much anymore, but I have no way to finish the job and delete my account since I can not login to CPANEL. I don't like to leave accounts lingering around with my personal information. Can you please delete my account permanently.

All accounts that we do not restore upon request will be properly cleared off when everything is completed, some things have been halted partly due to Covid-19, partly due to staff issues.

There is currently no way that I can manually delete these accounts (forum and client accounts usually do remain as well).
