Can't access website or free hosting account

I'm not able to access my website! http://pneumax.x10hosting.com/ I tried to recreate a hosting account and I couldn't do that either.

Your forums account is not linked with any hosting account. What is your cPanel username?

I also can't access my free hosting website and free cPanel. x10osting is working on it.
The last server movement was going on with absolut where all the free account resides.
They have also planned to upgrade some feature for free members like better bandwidth
and more disk space.

But I personally feel that if we could get a notice about free accounts processing
status then it would be better. Or estimated days when free accounts will be available
again. I know they have a backup system. And mainly the amount of free hosting amount
is huge. But all we can expect as an addition is updated news and notification!!

My cpanel user name is : shafiqul , which has been escalated but my support ticket
priority is low. Anyway I need to have more patience as I am using a free account...
