can't access website through cpanel

I'm having a problem accessing my site throught cpanel.. I tried changing the password and still I can't get through. The status of the website is unsuspended and I tried going to my website and there is nothing wrong with it. I'm trying to update my site but I can't login through cpanel.

Do you remember that your cPanel user name is different from your Forum username?

Yes I do remember that the cpanel username is different from the Forum username.

Could you try changing your password again. The system does not show any recent updates in your password.
