Can't access website

Hi, I haven't been able to access my site (under free hosting account) for a few hours, but have no idea why. It is at jhumacrotheory.x10host.com . I haven't received any info about problems or a suspension. What might be wrong?

I think that for whatever reason it cannot be viewed on a school server. Thanks for the input!
