and my website won’t come up in browser

You would have to give your website name (sub.x10host.mx) for members to help. Or wait until x10hosting staff reads your thread. looks like you may be from an area x10hosting does not provide service.

i do not see any services listed under your forum name.
do you have some other name you used?

Thanks for the reply, but I've managed to sort it out now. It must have been something to do the my ip address so I turned off my router, turned it back on to get a new ip address and it's all working again. It is fotox106 @ X15 ......... http://focal-art.uk/
