Can't Access x10 or website

Hi.I cannot connect to either the x10hosting homepage, or my own website, (hosted on skyy). I get an error 404, not found.My ip address is 172.200.104.197. I can access the sites through proxys.Please could you investigate,Thank You.J. Kilgour
