Can't add add-on domains

Hi guys,

I keep getting this error when I try to add an add-on domain.

Sorry, cannot determine nameserver IPs. Please make sure that the domain is registered with a valid domain registrar.

The domain is registered and nameservers are set to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com.

Any idea why it's giving me this error? The main domain is elegantfurniture.x10.mx

Because that way I can check the Web ...

as of right now, shows that the Name Server information is quite uneven. Give it an hour or two and then try again.

Well, yeah. I've already done that. That was the first thing I checked. I just emailed the registrar of the domain name and put in a supoprt ticket. I don't think it's a hosting issue. Thanks for your help though.
