Can't add database users

The link to manage database users loads to a blank page. I've tried it on Safari and Google Chrome.

This is an issue with the x10Hosting Basic control panel. Until we get this fixed, please could you manage your MySQL users through the standard cPanel x3 interface, by clicking the "Switch" button in the top right corner.
