Can't add IDN Domain

I have registered Domain:
XN--E1AKMIBI9D.XN--P1AI

but your service can't add it: error, can't find IP.

Is it possible use such IDN domains with your hosting?
May be problem that TLD also IDN (XN--P1AI)?
