Hello team.

Sometimes, I would like to answer to some posts, but I can't: I get a message which tells me that I don't have the permissions whereas I souhld have it.
Can you please correct this?

Many thanks.

Unless you get a significantly higher post count, then you cannot reply to any threads other than your own in the free hosting forum.

Oh, okay ! :)
Thanks for having let me know.

I might have missed this information somewhere. Do you know what is the number of the message/thread that I have to post for replying here?
Don't hesitate to provide a link where I can have this information. :)

Wow...
I think I won't answer to other threads before many days or months.
Anyway, thanks for the information!

As you have 13 posts, you should be good to go, let me check your account.

From what I can see, you should be good to go...

Hi Xavier.

Unfotunately, I have the same message when I try to reply to other posts:
vBulletin Message

leyotademars47, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Is that from just trying to replies to free hosting support threads? or is it happening when you try to reply to threads in the other sections of the forum?

Hi Calistoy.

By example, I can reply to "News and Announcements" threads.
But I can't reply to the other threads than mine in the free Hosting support section.

Well, that sounds like you said before:

Yes. That is why you can't reply to threads in the free hosting support section. The other community helper that told you this:

As you have 13 posts, you should be good to go, let me check your account.

From what I can see, you should be good to go...

He was referring to not being able to reply to any thread in any section of the forums until your post count reached 10 or so, and that would take you out of the user group for new accounts that required you to fill in captcha and the like. You still can't reply to threads in the free hosting support forum specifically until you reach a higher post count, though. Please see the link I that I already replied to you with in order to see how many posts are required to do this.

Hi Calisto.

Thanks for having clarified. :)

Indeed, following the link, I didn't see the perk "to be able to answer in <Free Hosting> section" (or something like that ;) ).

On my sense, the better group which can do it is the following:

Community Advocate
You're active enough to know answers to common questions and are able to help people.

Perks
-Bold Username
-Double PM Box
-Gain credits 50% faster
-Extra 2 lines allowed in signature
-1,000 Credit Bonus
-Super Secret Forum Access
-Escalate Ability
-View AIP
-DoubleAll Package

Requirements
750 Posts
+5 Rep

Am I right?

Hehe, I don't think that I will be a very good "poster" for reaching these 750 posts.
Anyway, thanks for all these clarifications! :)
