Can't associate Forum name with Hosting Account

Hi,

I can't log into my cpanel. my domain is computer-e-sources.com and my user name is cesadmin. It won't take any password that I might have used, and when I try to associate my forum account with my hosting account, it says user name does not exist but if I try to make a new account with that user name it says it's already in use. Can someone please look at my account and tll me why I can't access it?

Reason: Suspended for extended period of time, terminated automatically.

You will need to sign-up again.

So is there any way I can sign up again with the same user name because when I try to sigh up again it says that my user name is already is use...???

Ok so I went to the Logout link and tried signing up with my user name cesadmin and when I check availability, it says it's a available. But then when I try to associate my forum account with it and sub mit, it comes back and says error: the hosting account user name you specified already exists.

Can this be resolved as I still want this user name?
