cant build site

hey guys i created an ftp account and password i can access it but when i use the site builder in the control panel to make my site it says user name or password incorrect and it is my ftp user name and password i have tried changing the password and making a new ftp account but it still the same any help will be appreciated thanx in advance.

for sitebuilder please try to use your cPanel user name and password, as that should be the one working for that.
