Can't change main domain in members area.

Hi there,

I am unable to change my domain in the x10hosting members area as it keeps giving me the error...

Error
A change to your hosting account's primary domain.
A system error occurred while processing this action.

Error Code: F3F45C7A

Wondering if an account manager could change this for me as they have in the past? Thank you!

im having the same problem and have done for a week now with no help could someone pls help us both out here

same thing for me... I have posted 2 tickets so far and one still has not gotten a reply and the other one was over a week ago so it got closed

May be you should try logging out and clearing cache and login and try again after sometime. Worked for me
