Cant change MX records

Umm when im in cPanel and try to edit an MX record I get the following error

"The MX entry for blnetworks.blong.x10hosting.com has been changed to: Warning! the changemx feature has been disabled!"

So can somebody please enable MX Feature as im missing mail

Does this mean that the changes that i made before the server move where lost?
I have to do it again?

Same to me, i want to change it and the same message..
