Can't change my main domain .. Help?

Hello Sir/Ma'am,

I'm having a problem on changing my main domain to a domain name that I bought. At first, I added the domain to Addon on the cpanel. Later on did I learn that it can be used as the main domain. So, I deleted the domain from the Addon. However, I still can't use it as the main domain. It gives me an error:

The domain you have supplied is already in use.

Help me please? Thank you!

it looks to me like your .net domain is still listed in your addon domains. Please go back to your cPanel and check to see if the deletion really happened. If it's really gone from your cPanel, then I'll escalate to an admin to get this fixed.

sorry for the late message..

I still can't use my cutehearts.net as my main domain.. i checked in the cpanel and the domain was gone already from my addon domains. :// please help me. thank you!

First change your DNS nameservers to
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

Then try again.
