Cant Change to Custom Domain

I get an error code 1E9F63B0 everytime I try to change the domain to my custom .org domain. I pointed the name servers to x10hosting. I did change it earlier to the custom domain but changed it back to the sub domain. The custom domain doesn't show up in the parked or addon domains.

I suggest you park it instead of changing it.

I am dealing with the same thing and the admins here are looking into it... in the mean time we wait I guess...

I tried parking it and I got another error saying it was already configured.

To avoid confusion, could you please make a new support thread? In the new post, please include the domain name you want to change it to. I'll escalate that ticket to staff so that they can get this fixed for you.
