Cant complete setup

I have registered for a free site and I can log into forums but for some reasons thats as far as it will allow me to go.

What am I doing wrong here to be able to have a site?

Hi,

May be obvious, but have you tried resetting your forum password then trying to re-apply for hosting. I've got no more control over it, I'm just a member of the community.
