Cant confirm my email id

Hey,\r\n\r\nI created my account just now and I have trouble in confirming my email address. I got the confirmation link in my email. but due to some unknown reason i cant confirm it.\r\n\r\nMy email id is: texasdude11@gmail.com and the confirmation email that i got was: \r\n\r\nhttp://x10hosting.com/control?account&contact&c=805cac87385c7\r\n\r\nI am clicking it and still it cant be confirmed. The system gives following error message: \\\"The email address supplied is already in use (support).\\\"
