cant connect at all

im not sure what happened to might site. i was changing some things in the html and it was working fine, i kept refreshing to check and everything was ok. then i refreshed and it wouldnt go to my site and i have no clue what happened. it doesnt go to an error page or anything it just says cant connect. please please help me. thanks
