Can't connect ftp

I am unable to gain access to my website through internet explorer or ftp.

Have you set your DNS to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com?

I checked with godaddy.com and I do have the correct dns setting. The site was working a week ago, but will not come up now. Any help will be appreciated.

Can you go into the account panel (http://x10hosting.com/login), login with your forum username and password and try changing the domain to 'firestormyouth.org' (no quotes)? I think it may be happening because you have 'www.' before it - this can cause problems.
