Can't connect to cpanel, nor FTP via Filezilla

It seems I lost the connection to my account.
I can login to x10hosting, and the forum, but I'm unable to open my webpage, cpanel, or connect through my FTP client, which has correctly been set up as I used before.
Could you look into to this, please.
