Cant connect to DB

hallo folks

i am really desperate und i need your help. my english is not very good but I am trying my best.

I created a new database and a user an grant access for the user to the DB. so far so good.

I put in my ip address to be able to do remote.

Now i am desperate to find the url to the db to connect to.

my database name is mobfile_v1

i have tried many things like mobilefile.x10hosting.com or mobilefile.x10hosting.com/mobfile_v1
but i can't connect.

I would aprecciate any help!

Is it possible to connect the mysql database from the outside?

I am not sure.. is there some reason you want to do this, or are you using x10 only for their mysql database?

Yes thats right.
I am working on a Java EE project and because x10 is not supporting Tomcat I can only host the mymsql db here
