Cant connect to ftp server

I use cuteftp to access my x10, ftp server, i think i ran a bad sql query on my aspx page, and now i cant seem to access my ftp server. Is there a way to reset my server section or is there any other way to get it working?

What Host/IP are you trying to use to connect to your FTP?

Goto cpanel and select ftp accounts and resolve problem. You can create and modify the FTP accounts there.

What is the sql command that effect the ftp accounts.
