cant connect to msql

im trying to install a vbulletin forum on my site but it cant go pass step 3 because its saying Unknown MySQL server host and i know i have it right whats going on how can i fix this

What are you using for the server host?

im on Cossacks server now the HTTP is down on it now i know pretty much why

I got it connected i forgot to set the permissions to Full so its working now
