Can't connect to my ftp

I'm having a problem where I want to connect to Filezilla, but it says that

Command:	USER nightmare@nightmarescape.exofire.net
Response:	331 User nightmare@nightmarescape.exofire.net OK. Password required
Command:	PASS *********
Response:	530 Login authentication failed
Error:	Critical error
Error:	Could not connect to server

and I downloaded the ftp configuration file for Filezilla, I dunno what's wrong.

Can you try using your CPanel user name and password instead of the one you used there? Also make sure that the url is ftp://nightmarescape.exofire.net port 21. Some clients are picky about having ftp:// in front of the url.

In file zilla enter the things manually

site : nightmarescape.exofire.net
username : nightmare

Password what ever your cpanel password. is.
