Can't connect to my website

Im using filezilla to connect to my website via ftp but says

Change your Encryption to None or Off or something like that; no encryption.

I 'see' error #421 in your screen shot

if you use FileZilla - you must disable the option for multiple connections otherwise x10hosting's firewall may block you

in filezilla --> Edit (top of screen) --> Settings --> Transfers --> Concurent transfers - set all three to "1"

CAUTION: your IP can be blocked by x10hosting's firewall - for too many "Failed" FTP logins in a short period
