cant connect to mysql

hello.. after being suspended, i cant access my database. I would like to install Joomla on my hosting but it seems the database not work. Before being suspended, i`ve no problem on installing the Joomla. When i tried to access PHPMyAdmin, it says wrong username or password. and access denied. So, can this be fixed? I`ve being unsuspended last night and today the database cannot work with my account. Thank you.

Go to remote hosts in Cpanel and add
int.fris.x10hosting.com
